- Tap2Ride: Pay as you board with a credit/debit card or smartphone
- Cash Payment Option: Visit the Information Center at ARTIC
Enjoy Your Ride
Have everything ready to enjoy your ride:
- Activate Your Passes: Make sure to have your passes ready to show the driver
- Self-Service & No Tipping: Load your own luggage and kindly note that tipping the driver is not allowed
- Be Courteous: Follow all safety rules and leave the driving to us
How To Request an EVE Ride:
- Download the A-Way WeGo app & create an account
- Tap the 3-lined menu in the top left corner and select EVE
- Select the ON DEMAND tile to book your on-demand ride
- Enter your start and end locations from ATN’s available stops, ensuring one location is Orange County Airport (SNA – John Wayne)
- Tap the human icon button to input the date, time, mobility needs, and passenger count
- Select REQUEST RIDE and wait for the confirmation page to appear
- Within 24 hours of booking, you will receive an email requesting your flight number, allowing ATN to monitor potential flight delays

Yes, car seats and booster seats are required on the EVE vehicles. Each EVE vehicle carries a booster seat. Children under 2 or under 40 pounds must be in a rear-facing car seat that guardians must provide. Don’t have a car seat with you? No problem. When requesting an EVE ride within the A-Way WeGo app, request a wheelchair accessible vehicle and an ART bus will be sent. Car seats are not required on the ART buses.

Activate your EVE passes as your vehicle arrives. Once activated, EVE passes will expire at 2:59AM on the day immediately following the day of activation.
- For example, an EVE pass activated on January 1st will expire at 2:59 AM on January 2nd.
