About ATN, ART, FRAN & EVE

The Anaheim Transportation Network (ATN) is a clean fuel, state-of-the-art fleet of public transportation services operating in Orange County, California. The transportation family of ATN services includes- ART a series of fixed and on-demand routes operating throughout greater Anaheim area; FRAN a microtransit neighborhood network; and EVE an on-demand or reservation based via the app, public transit connection to John Wayne/Orange County airport

ART’s modern fleet of 80 vehicles provide daily transportation to the Disneyland® Resort, Anaheim Convention Center, Center City Anaheim, Anaheim Regional Transportation Center (ARTIC) – a gateway to all local and regional rail service, Honda Center and Angel Stadium. ART’s services include scheduled and on-demand transportation to a variety of points of interest in the cities of Anaheim, Garden Grove and Orange. Download A-Way WeGo mobile for more information.

ART buses do not require Car Seats or Booster.

ART’s buses are 30-foot, 40-foot and 60-foot electric vehicles. These light blue buses display the ART logo with the recognizable, “Connect the Dots” tagline.

Yes, ART buses operate to connect Disneyland® Resort with lodging establishments, retail centers, sporting venues, residential areas and transit centers in the cities of Anaheim, Garden Grove, and Orange. All riders will need either digital or hard passes to ride ART. Use our Tap2Ride payment option or Download A-Way We-Go for digital passes or purchase passes at ARTIC Transportation Center in Anaheim.

ART’S on-demand service includes: Anaheim GardenWalk, Outlets at Orange, Honda Center, Angel Stadium, ARTIC, and Anaheim Center City/Packing House. For a complete list of stops download A-Way We-Go and schedule your ride.

Use Tap2Ride to pay as you board or purchase passes at rideart.org/purchase-tickets. Digital tickets can also be purchased through the A-Way WeGo app. Paper passes are available at the ARTIC Transportation Center.

  • How to Purchase: Visit rideart.org/purchase-tickets, select the type of pass you need, and select the date you will use the ART Bus service. Follow the prompts to complete your purchase.
  • Please use a valid email address that can be easily accessed. You will receive an email with your ART Bus pass(es) to show the bus operator.
  • Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased. Please double-check your selections before completing the transaction. 
  • Didn’t receive the confirmation email/pass? Check your spam or junk folder first. If it’s not there, please call or text ART Customer Service at (888) 364–2787 or email info@rideart.org for assistance. Representatives are available to assist you during normal business hours.
  • Passes available for purchase: 1-Day, 3-Day, 5-Day for Adults, Children (ages 3-9), and Reduced (Seniors 65+ and Persons with Disabilities)

ARTIC is the Anaheim Regional Transportation Intermodal Center. It is located at 2626 East Katella Ave. ARTIC is an ultramodern transportation hub where visitors and daily commuters can travel easily via rail (Amtrak/Metrolink), Greyhound, Flix, taxi, or on ART to locations throughout Southern California.

Yes, passes include: One-Way, 1-Day pass, 3-Day pass, 5-Day pass, 15-Day pass and 30-Day passes available for both Adult and Children. Passes offer hop-on hop-off service for length of day(s) purchased. For multiple day passes, once activated the days are consecutive.

For example:

A 3-day pass activated on January 1st would expire on the early morning of January 4th at 2:59am

A 1-day pass activated on January 1st regardless of time, will expire at 2:59am the following day

ART is a convenient, fare-based, and eco-friendly public transportation option that connects passengers between a variety of points of interest, local lodging establishments, airport, retail, dining, as well as transportation and employment hubs throughout greater Anaheim area and in Orange County.

Yes, all ATN’s service vehicles accommodate individuals with disabilities and mobility challenges, including ART, FRAN, and EVE.

FRAN – (Free Rides Around the Neighborhood) is an on-demand free microtransit service that connects riders to pre-defined stops in Anaheim’s vibrant downtown Center City, Packing District, restaurants, shops, neighborhoods, and libraries within a five-mile radius.

FRAN vehicles carry booter seat(s). You must bring your own car seat based on the following:

California law requires all children under two years old to ride in a rear-facing car seat, unless the child weighs 40 or more pounds OR is 40 or more inches tall. Children under the age of 8 are required to be secured in a car or booster seat. Children who are 8 years old OR at least 4’9” may be secured by a booster seat, but at minimum wear a seat belt.

EVE (Everyone Ventures Everywhere) is an airport service that features all-electric passenger vans that connect travelers and residents from the Anaheim region to the John Wayne, Orange County Airport.

Passengers must download the A-Way WeGo app to schedule transportation services to John Wayne, Orange County Airport. Trips can be booked up to 90 days out.

Yes, booster seats are provided for use in the EVE van.

Children under the age of 8 must be secured in a car seat or booster seat in the back seat. Children who are 8 years of age OR have reached 4’9” in height may be secured by a booster seat, but at a minimum must be secured by a safety belt.

However, children under 2 or under 40 pounds must be in a rear-facing car seat that parents must provide.

ATN provides Senior Wheels Transportation.

Senior Wheels service available to Anaheim residents age 60 and over. Participants must be a resident of the City of Anaheim. The Senior Wheels service is available within and up to 10-mile radius from the residence.

Nutrition – transportation to city sponsored congregate meal sites the hours are from 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM;

Social, Recreation, Shopping & Medical – transportation hours will be Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM and Saturday & Sunday the hours will be 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
