Service Changes & Termination Process
Overview
We are beginning the process of reviewing the potential termination of the Free Rides Around the Neighborhood (FRAN) service in Center City Anaheim due to a lack of funding. A public hearing is scheduled for March 26, 2025, to discuss this matter.
Public Participation & Next Steps
Before making a final decision, ATN must complete a Title VI Civil Rights Equity Analysis, which includes:
- Hosting a public hearing on March 26, 2025, at 2:00 PM
- Mailing notices to residents
- Holding two public workshops in early March 2025

- Changes in service levels and how they meet federal guidelines
- Public input and legal requirements

You can join the workshops and final public hearing in person or online and share your feedback about FRAN using the FRAN Public Comment Form below. The deadline to submit public comments is March 26, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
