FRAN Service Update
Starting April 14, 2025:
FRAN will operate Friday through Sunday from 4:30 PM to 10:00 PM with refined stop locations
*Anaheim City Hall FRAN Stop will move towards Parker’s Park (101 S. Philadelphia St., Anaheim)
Please note: FRAN will no longer be available at the following stops after the end of service on April 13: Citrus Park, Colony Park, Founder’s Park, Pearson Park, and Washington Park

These changes follow a completed Title VI Civil Rights Equity Analysis, which included:
- Mailed notices to residents
- Two public workshops in March 2025
- One public hearing on March 26, 2025
